About the Facilitator

Hi, I’m Jennifer Bernardi, an ADHD coach supporting overwhelmed moms navigating ADHD in themselves and their children. I’m passionate about helping moms understand what’s really driving their challenges so change can happen with less struggle. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in curiosity.

As a mom with ADHD, I know firsthand how exhausting parenting can feel when your brain works differently. I’ve experienced the overwhelm, scattered days, and moments of guilt, and I’ve learned how small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change. My goal is to help you reclaim your focus, reduce overwhelm, and feel more confident and grounded—both as a mom and as yourself.
