The ADHD Mom Group Coaching Program is about more than managing daily challenges—it’s about rediscovering yourself beyond motherhood. As you learn tools to navigate ADHD in both your life and your child’s, you’ll reconnect with your strengths, values, and passions, creating space for the woman you are and the mom you want to be.
During our group sessions, we will be exploring the following topics
ADHD and Motherhood

Identify and understand the emotional triggers in your family and develop strategies to regulate and reduce conflict.
Managing Stress & Overwhelm
Discover tools to manage stress, communicate with clarity, and strengthen the connections that matter most.
ADHD-Friendly Environments
Discover how to set up your home and systems to reduce chaos and support both you and your child’s success.
Time & Energy Management
Explore ways to manage your time & energy while creating habits that work with your brain, not against it.
Rediscovering You
Reconnect with your identity, passions, and values outside of motherhood so you can show up as your whole self.
